Clients have to provide the following:

1. Age 21+

2. Valid driver’s license

3. Full insurance coverage including collision and comprehensive that covers the cost of the vehicle

Yes, we can deliver within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. A $200 charge will be added to the reservation.

Each vehicle has a standard mileage limit that will vary based on the model. Mileage overages will incur additonal charges of up to $3 - $5 per mile.

Every rental requires a security deposit and will vary based on the vehicle with an average of $1,000 to $2,000. The amount will be a hold on the payment method and is full refundable after 24 to 48 hours of the vehicle being returned.

Only people listed on the rental agreement with full comprehensive and collision insurance may drive our vehicles. This is to protect you in case of any accidents and to protect our vehicles from misuse.

All reservations are final and cancellations will not be refunded. Cancelled reservations create loss of opportunity for other clients. Please keep in mind once you sign the rental agreement and payment is made, it cannot be refunded.

Smoking is strictly prohibited in our vehicles. Any evidence of smoking will forefeit the entire security depoti, no exceptions. Drinking and eating in the vehicles is highly discouraged, but is at the client's own risk. Any damages should and will be claimed from the deposit.

No problem! Please make sure to ask our staff any and all questions during your rental. We want to make sure you are safe at all times and to help you avoid any issues with our vehicles.

Please keep in mind that you are fully responsible for the condition of the car while in your possession regardless if you damage it or if someone else does. So we highly encourage you park in safe, well lit areas, and to avoid allowing the vehicle to be handled by a valet service.
